LEGO Grant Proposal:

Lido Community and Governance Contributions (Total 20hr/wk):  $3,500USD for 1 month

  1. Governance

    1. Follow through on the market makers topic (already in progress: 1, 2).
      1. Reach out to and conduct calls with the top MMs to clarify anything that’s needed, provide additional context and improve their first proposals;
      2. Be their point of contact throughout the process;
      3. Provide feedback on proposals once they’re published and organize the RFP process.
  2. DeFi Business Development

    1. Categories:

      1. Treasuries:
        1. Stay on top of proposals that other projects themselves put forth conduct treasury diversifications and make sure Lido’s staking derivatives are considered.
        2. Proactively write governance proposals on behalf of Lido across DAOs to suggest the use of stETH and other products in their treasuries.
      2. Integrations:
        1. Research and publish governance proposals for other protocols to accept or integrate with Lido’s staking derivatives, be it as collateral for loans, liquidity pools, fixed rate products, etc.
    2. Research and produce 3 governance proposals for other protocols or DAOs to use Lido’s products as treasury or as integrations (following the categories above);

    3. Follow-up on the proposals’ topics providing clarification, answers, analytics, modelling or whatever is needed to prove the proposals’ value to their communities and teams and lead them to completion.

  3. Analytics

    1. This area will work in tandem with and serve to support 2.
    2. Create one dashboard and/or analytics-informed case study to publish for other projects to assess the impact of integrating with or using Lido’s products.
  4. L2 Research

    1. Research options for the deployment of stETH on Arbitrum including:
      1. Technical considerations;
      2. Liquidity pools and their incentivization;
    2. As an outcome, have a clear go to market strategy for stETH on Arbitrum, the predominant ethereum L2 currently.
